Shipping & Delivery

At Paws & Proper, we believe that true quality takes time. Every piece of our minimalist apparel is printed specifically for you only after your order is placed. This Made to Order approach ensures premium craftsmanship while significantly reducing textile waste.

1. Delivery Timelines

Our delivery process consists of two stages:

  • Fulfilment (Production): It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom-printed garment.
  • Shipping: Once fulfilled, your order is dispatched from our nearest UK or European facility.
    • UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days.
    • Europe: 3–7 business days.

Estimated Total: Most customers in the UK receive their devotion-worn apparel within 5–9 business days of ordering. 

2. Tracked with Confidence

We understand the anticipation of receiving your new favorite piece. Every order includes Tracked Shipping as standard.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey straight to your door.

Note on Split Shipments

To ensure you receive your devotion-worn apparel as quickly as possible, your order may occasionally arrive in multiple packages.

Because we print and ship from different specialized facilities in the UK and Europe, certain items (such as a Tote Bag and a T-shirt) might be fulfilled at different times. If your order arrives in parts, don't worry—the rest of your items are being carefully prepared and will be with you shortly. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package dispatched.

 

3. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep our delivery transparent and fair:

  • UK Orders over £50: Complimentary Tracked Shipping.
  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.50 (flat rate for orders under £50).
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

4. Conscious Packaging

In line with our commitment to the planet, your order is shipped using recycled plastic (PCR) mailers. These durable bags protect your organic cotton apparel during transit while giving a second life to existing plastic materials.

5. Customs & Duties

For our United Kingdom customers, no additional customs duties will apply, as we prioritise local fulfilment whenever possible. For international orders outside the UK/EU, please note that local VAT or import duties may be requested by your local postal service upon arrival.
