Welcome to Paws & Proper. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Business Model

Paws & Proper is a Print-on-Demand retailer. This means that every item—whether printed or embroidered—is created specifically for you after an order is placed. We do not maintain a physical stock of finished goods, which allows us to operate with a zero-waste commitment to sustainability.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colours and details of our products (organic t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags) as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your monitor settings.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy from us. We confirm acceptance by sending you a shipping confirmation email.
  • Payment: We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Production Time: Since your item is custom-made, please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
  • UK Delivery: We ship primarily within the United Kingdom. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance.
  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products (specifically manufactured for each order), our return policy is as follows:

  • Custom Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Find Your Perfect Fit guide before purchasing.
  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@pawsandproper.co.uk within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Sustainability & Care

Our products are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. To ensure the longevity of your garment and its minimalist design, please follow the care instructions provided on our Size Guide page (washing at 30°C and avoiding tumble drying).

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations (including our breed-specific line art), and content on this website are the intellectual property of Paws & Proper. Reproduction or use of these designs without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
